I belong to a bead collecting forum along with this forum and have been thinking that it would be nice to have a trade link on this forum as the bead forum has one and it seems to work well. I have been buying all sorts of cutting/carving material since 1977 and know that I can never use it all, it would be very nice to be able to offer the carving material on this forum because I know it would end up in the hands of someone that would most likely make something wonderful from it.

 

What do you all think of this idea?

Danny, sounds very good, a great way of finding new and hard to get materials, I do like trading as long as I get good material, do trade with carvers world wide, my area has some unique stone, rhodonite, nephrite, prase, opalite, just to mention a few, I think our rhodonite is the best on the planet, but I may be bias, I already trade on the gemstone community forum.

The forum is the bead collector network the link http://beadcollector.net/. This is probably the best bead related site on the web, even if people are not to interested in beads if they spend some time on the site they might just start a collection.

Not having a good day. I messed up our router and wifi, and my computer crashed a little bit later. Likely not related. Braving the throngs to get it repaired does not amuse me this particular weekend, but will have to figure it out some how. Sorry, won't look into adding to the forum yet, until I am back on line with my own computer. I'll check in now and then though.
